INTRODUCTION

We are now lying still – and the purpose of our ‘lying still’ is to ‘self heal.’

We must therefore use every aspect of our ’Being' to assist us in this process of ‘Self Healing.’

We are not going to be doing / using / making any ‘physical movement’ (apart from breathing) what so ever.  Given that we must utilize whatever ‘energies’ we can.

BREATHING

What physical action are we doing whilst we are ‘lying still?’ – What physical action is ‘absolutely necessary’ for us to remain alive!  You’ve probably guessed it – it’s breathing!

The act of breathing / breath is fundamental not just to life itself but is a powerful tool in ‘Self Healing.’

Since we have to breathe, even whilst we are ‘lying still’ – is there any way that we can use this ‘necessary action’ – breathing – to assist us in ‘Self Healing?’

You’ll be pleased to hear – that the answer is yes – a most ‘resounding yes!’- The breath – breathing, is a most fundamental action and it is possible with proper ‘conscious effort’ - to use this ‘necessary action’ as a powerful tool to ‘self heal.’

This is not a new ‘revelation’ – ancient yogis and mystics have long ago discovered the importance of ‘correct breathing’ – and further, that certain types of breathing are extremely powerful mechanisms for ‘mind and body unity' (please see the 'Lesson Index' at the end of this work for a link to the 'Mind And Body Unity' Index) which is fundamental to the understanding and practice of ‘Self Healing.’

We shall provide a specialist – dedicated – breathing index at the end of this work, (this can be found after the 'Lesson Index') which will enable you to explore this wonderful and powerful aspect of healing further in your own time.

As there is a long tradition - and as the topic covers a vast area of subjects, we shall introduce breathing techniques lesson by lesson - which we feel will assist you in the understanding and practice of ‘Self Healing.’

LARASH - BREATHING TECHNIQUE

Technique #1 Breathing Technique - Random Mind ('Breathe & Be yourself!')

In this first technique you shall breathe as you wish.  You shall do this for approx. 2 mins – just breathe as feels most comfortable to you – don’t think of anything in particular.  This is the first breathing technique.

You are to practice this technique daily – remember it is a very simple technique:

1. Lie and be still

2. Breathe

3. Do what you will/ what you want

We have provided a short video below, which explains the process of breathing.
